If you are an existing Yellow Pages advertiser, we ask that you contact us in order to verify the reasons your listing may not be searchable on YellowPages.ca.

In order to add/update your business Categories or Headings, you will need to speak with your Media Account Consultant.

- I want to update my business listing information: Name, Phone Number, or Address. How do I do this?
If you have a Business Landline, Yellow Pages Group publishes basic listing information (Business Name, Address, Phone Number) based on what we receive from your Telephone Service Provider. You will need to contact your Phone Provider in order to update your listing information.
Once we receive a Service Order from your Telephone Service Provider within your home directory's closing date, your listing for future publications, as well as online will be updated.
For all other Phone Types, we ask that you contact Client Services here.
- The fax and phone numbers on my ad are inversed, how do I make the change?
To change the fax and/or phone number on your ad, or for any similar changes, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-909-YELO (9356) and we will direct you to the appropriate channel or get you in touch with your media account consultant.
- The map on my merchant page is incorrect, and/or missing. How can I update it?
The map on your merchant page is displayed based on your published business address, and is validated through Canada Post. Your business address must be published in full in order to display a map with an accurate location.
